Here are some of my latest creations ... made for a little girl in Forsyth, GA for Christmas. And of course, Little had to get into the picture, too.

WATCH OUT! DANGER WILL ROBINSON!
The State of Georgia went and did it. They gave Rachel a drivers license! Actually, I think she bribed the examiner. Once, when I looked up at the counter, she was giving them $10. She said that was the fee for the license, but, well .... hmm.
Backing out of the driveway for your license ... free. Smiling nervously at the examiner ... free. Knowing how to parallel park ... priceless.
Mom I passed!
Watch the road!!!!
You BETTER NOT
Background story -- names and specific details withheld to protect the innocent.
I made 24 cupcakes one night, to take to work. As they were resting on the cooling rack, I noticed that all was very quiet in the house. I peeked around the corner into the dining room, and to my horror, discovered that Little had taken one bite out of all but 3 cupcakes! Several were on the floor, with teeth marks as well.
Knowing his affinity for CAKE, I remembered and caught him this time before any casualties could occur.
Of course, he denied these allegations, both past and present, in any situation involving cake or cake products (as you can tell by the look on his rascally face).

Little Rascal
Reunion at Last!
Got to see the Brennans last week! (Jim, Gary, Liana, Aidia and Aliya -- Pamela was out of town) They were in GA visiting Jim and Pamela after a trip to Walt Disney World. Aidia and Aliya have grown so much and are so beautiful! I went up to Jim's for dinner with Liana on Tuesday night, but didn't get to take any photos of the kids ... but Liana is going to send me some when she gets back to Utah. Liana and I had dinner at The Grits Cafe in Forsyth, and it was really good! We got to catch up on the latest scoop on everyone ... yes, we probably talked about you! hahaha
Here's a photo that we took on my phone at the restaurant.

Little in his box
I apologize for this clip ahead of time, but I just think it's hilarious. Spongebob in the background makes the whole thing.
COMING SOON TO A BLOG NEAR YOU ...
... Our VACATION photos!!! Woo Hoo, I know you are all looking forward to that. Well, your wait will be over soon!
But, while you are waiting, enjoy this short clip of our favorite kitten (don't tell Shorty & Squeaker). You've always heard that cats are not very affectionate and like to choose their own time to get love and attention. Well, Little is no exception. Here he is being tortured mercilessly (poor kitty).

Happy Easter
HE IS ALIVE
Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise him all creatures here below
Praise him above ye heavenly host
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen.
This video is the Gresston Baptist Church "Sticks of Grace" that Rachel performs in. This is from their recent Easter presentation, featuring "This Blood" by Carmen. The youth depict the crucifixion of Christ and the blood by holding strings of red beads in their hands. It is a very moving presentation.

Cat Update
Does this picture make sense to you?
Crazy cats and people on Nyquil do not mix. Stephen had the flu last week and stepped into the kitchen to take a dose of Nyquil. Little spotted a small bug flying around the flourescent lights in the kitchen and locked on target. Of course to him, humans standing around are no longer humans, but giant ladders to this bug. Stephen opened the bottle of Nyquil and poured a capful -- while he was standing with the open bottle in one hand and and full cap in the other, Little decided to leap onto Stephen, causing a cat-astrophe. Seconds later, Little was still clinging to Stephen with his claws, and Stephen, the kitchen floor and a formerly white cat were all covered with cherry Nyquil. It was a pitiful sight to say the least.
The cat had a bath, and Stephen had some antiseptic applied to his clawed chest along with a fresh capful of Nyquil. The kitchen floor is still sticky after 2 moppings, but other than that, all is well.
But isn't he cute when he's asleep.

Sticks of Grace
Rachel is in a group at church called, "Sticks of Grace." The youth use dowel rods to dramatize different songs and present a powerful message. Here is one of their Christmas performances.
